Digitize Figure

Extract curve data from a published figure by manual point picking — SCLC J-V or FET transfer / conductance.

⚠ Digitized data are approximate and are not equivalent to the original author's raw measurement data. All extracted datasets include axis calibration metadata and an extraction provenance record.

Step 1 — Upload Image

Step 2 — Axis Calibration

The platform first detects the frame and tick pixels automatically. If a provisional coloured anchor has no printed number, use its “Relocate” button and indicate a labelled tick; your click is snapped to exact detected geometry and is never used as a raw pixel coordinate.

How to fill or correct X₁ / X₂ / Y₁ / Y₂ · 坐标数值怎么填

Y₂ ●──── solid cyan frame ────┐
             │ │
          Y₁ ● │
             └────●──────────────●──────┘
                 X₁ X₂
  • The coloured X anchors sit on the bottom axis; Y anchors sit on the selected side axis. A frame endpoint is valid only when that exact endpoint has an explicit printed numeric label.
  • Log example: printed 10⁻¹⁰ → type 1e-10. Linear example: printed −40 → type -40.

Waiting for automatic geometry detection. The detector retries multiple contrast levels before asking for a clearer crop.

Step 3 — Extract Curve Points

Current protocol / 当前协议: SCLC J–VForward/reverse transfer curves require FET/TFT mode above; SCLC filtering can remove negative gate-voltage points. 正扫/反扫转移曲线必须在页面上方选择 FET/TFT。

You can trace the curve now and calibrate afterwards — the curve is captured in pixels, and every point's V/J value is re-derived the moment the axis values are set.

Hover to inspect the colour mask. Click the two usable endpoints of the same curve. The curve may occupy only part of the plot; there is no arbitrary plot-width percentage requirement. The hard anchors define the extracted interval: no points are guessed beyond them. If same-colour branches still collapse together, analysis is refused rather than averaged.

Point density is automatic. Continuous lines use two samples per estimated stroke-width resolution element, spaced uniformly along the voltage axis and capped by the measured pixel centreline; coarse/canonical/dense variants are audited automatically and never averaged or cherry-picked. Marker plots retain the authors' actual marker centroids.
or manual

Manual clicks snap onto the nearest curve pixel, and a magnifier follows the cursor — a stroke only a few pixels wide cannot be hit by eye on a scaled-down image.

Step 4 — Analyze & Export

Why Send to Analyze is unavailable:

  • SCLC log-log fitting needs at least 4 points with V > 0 and J > 0; currently 0.
  • Automatic axis frame/tick detection has not succeeded.
  • The four automatic calibration anchors are incomplete.
  • Enter the values printed at X₁, X₂, Y₁ and Y₂.

This is the single final review action: it saves the visible calibration/trace diagnostics and carries the data to Analyze. If the cyan ticks, cyan frame or blue/cyan branch overlay are visibly wrong, retrace instead of submitting.

Export & Save

Provenance Metadata

Paper title, DOI, journal, year and figure number are optional. Missing them never blocks mobility calculation; the report will simply mark bibliographic provenance as incomplete.

Digitized data are approximate. Accuracy depends on image resolution and axis calibration precision. The platform does not assume a fixed percentage; record what was checked and use the saved trace diagnostics for review.

Extracted points are saved as a draft in your browser. On reload you will be asked whether to restore it — it is never loaded silently, because a draft carries the previous figure's DOI and device parameters. Use Download to keep a permanent copy.
